DJT: doing the very best he can.

That's my appalling realization of the day. There is no room for change or growth or becoming more educated and aware. No staff, no creative defenders or self-serving family members can make a difference: he always was and always will be wildly incapable of upholding his office.

Along with the fact that excluding the racists and sexist people who voted for him, there were others who actually saw this walking talking piece of crap, and thought, "he'll do a good job".

Assuming, of course, that he is capable of forming and maintaining an intention in the first place.

even more than it's already puffed. He was never interested in doing the actual work of a president, and he neither knew what the work was nor was interested in finding out. He was unaware that it's nothing like being the boss of a collection of closely-held private businesses that doesn't even have a board of directors. He didn't know that a president is only the manager of one of three equally-powerful branches of the government, and that there are a lot of people who can and will prevent him from doing whatever he wants to do - which must bother him intensely. It certainly isn't the gig he was expecting.

In the end he will lose as no one will back him anymore, his properties will become worthless
