Here is how crazy our president is: At about 6:45 PM MSNBC was replaying the Trump press conference.
I honestly wasn't clear whether it was a replay or whether he came back out to say more things. It said "live" on the screen. And there was nothing written like "recorded earlier." So it took awhile until I realized it was a replay.
It was totally believable that Donald Trump would feel the need to come back out and double down on, or extrapolate upon, what he had just said a short while earlier. I could totally picture that insane press conference repeating itself a few hours later.
