Did Bannon sign a Non Disclosure Agreement?

What does Bannon have on Trump? This is an interesting question. I have thought that Bannon's continued tenure in the White House had a lot to do with Bannon knowing which closet some of the skeletons are stored in.

Bannon is a bad guy. And having one less bad guy around is never a bad thing.

But don't expect anything to change. Trump is not going to change in Bannon's absence. It is the poison in Trump that attracted him to Bannon in the first place. And there are others in the White House who hold the same world view as Bannon and they are still around.

If he did sign one it wouldn't be enforceable. In any event, Trump is still Trump. I'm wondering whether the Deplorables will be unhappy that Bannon was fired (and if he goes back to Breitbart, Bannon will certainly fan those flames), and Trump will try that much harder by being more racist than ever, to keep their support.

sign non disclosure forms. I would be interested in exactly how that applies to White House staff.

I was once a law clerk for an appellate court and we were sworn to absolute secrecy regarding the cases we were working on, for good reason. There are specific jobs involving confidentiality and national security, and in those cases the employees are required not to disclose information learned on their jobs. I'm sure any classified information is protected as well even if the employee is not bound by a general NDA. But most federal employees are specifically exempted from NDAs. White House staff have previously blabbed in books and memoirs about their experiences after leaving their jobs. http://www.thedailybeast.com/trump-cant-legally-make-new-staff-sign-ndasyet

Bannon has a platform at Breitbart. I think Joy Reid is right, the ugly is coming.

That's why he only threatens. Bannon knows that.

If so, then that comes with an NDA for life for anything classified at any level- even low level stuff like Confidential.
