....was extended due to

...1. Successor was convicted of a crime:treason, sedition, collusion, fraud
...2. Successor was ruled batshite crazy under Amendment 25
...3. Successor and vp fled the country to avoid incarceration
...4. Election deemed fraudulent and new elections were held

I'll update post, say ...... end of 2017.
