I attended the protest today at Laguna Beach Ca.

There were about 2500 protesters, 200 cops in riot gear and a few on horseback.
There were about 10 pro trump supporters. They were run of the mill republican idiots with the worn out anti immigrant message that trump will soon even forget.

It was peaceful, but a Little edgy. Antifa kids were there, the protest event was organized by local chapters of the DSA,
All in all it was a beautiful day at the beach, just footsteps away folks were playing beach volley ball and basketball on the half courts near the sand,

Down in San Diego they weren't helpful at all and allowed the Proud Boys to incite violence and disrupt speakers for over an hour at an Impeachment Rally in July.

They were there to protect the shitheads and did a good job of that, surrounded the perimeter of their rally of 10 people with an enormous show of force.

There was maybe one or two proud boys.

I doubt very much had the protest been organized with speakers and so on there would have been anywhere near that sort of protection for us.

I fear that the their [racistskkknazj] only goal is to incite violence, mass carnage ..and won't be satisfied until that occurs ..I fear that ANTI racists protesters are lambs to a slaughter..if antifa had not been present in VA there would have been more deaths and injuries. BASTA! ENOUGH! This must be stopped, and since there is nt any condemnation coming from Washington, then states must step in and stop all protests that promotes hate...there is a line and that was crossed when a woman was killed in VA, 19 injured as well as 26 deaths or more that have been attributed to white terrorists (SPC) sorry dont have time frame.)) As of Jul 2017, the average pay for a Police Officer in Los Angeles, CA is $68887 annually or $34.92/hr. http://www.payscale.com/research/US/Job=Police_Officer/Salary/83a1c4f8/Los-Angeles-CA. At time and a half, that's $52.38/hr minimum. I bet they all clocked an 8-hour day. That's 200×8×52.38=$83,808.

Beach photos are always a hit with everyone. The sand, the sea, the ten or so morons who actually think their presence will make a difference.
I'm glad everything went well, and that there were no "incidents".
