So Trump will give a speech tonight. What is the probabilty of one of two things happening?

1. Trump gives his "Fourth Grader Giving a Book Report" teleprompter address that provides very little actual substance. Some otherwise respectable and intelligent media personality will temporarily lose his or her mind and compliment him for acting "presidential" for the sole reason he didn't start throwing racial insults on camera. (Think Van Jones, Fareed Zakaria)

2. Trump attempts to give his standard teleprompter address, but can't help himself but ad libbing and making references to his electoral victory win, "Crooked Hillary", "Fake News", and how he's so much better of a President than Obama.

CAINE MUTINY. Or he declares himself Dictator for Life. Or he has a total psychotic break, foaming at the mouth, screaming incoherently, pulling his weird hair out, etc. It's going to take one of these options as apparently NOTHING else he has done so far has been sufficient for Republicans in Congress to grow balls.
