Ryan won't support censuring Trump over Charlottesvillve b/c he doesn't want to get "partisan"

I'm not listening to the town hall on CNN, just catching occasional tweets about it. But Ryan made references to "partisan food fight" and "partisan hackfest" when asked about censuring Trump.
