He's giving his mealy-mouthed Republican response about how that means "upwards opportunity," etc. Programs for the poor are discouraging and dis-incentivising work, he says. People booed. He's for "customizing benefits." People cheered.
He says he's for the Catholic Charities model. Yeah, right.
She didn't get to answer him. Grrrr.

(11,649 posts)of them. anyone catch the question about health care? i heard something about high risk plans. so those with pre-existing conditions will pay more so the healthy can pay less.
