Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has begun to admit that President Donald Trump may not be around for the 2018 midterm elections, the New York Times is reporting.

The Times is reporting that McConnell was distressed after an August 9th phone call with the president where Trump accused McConnell of failing him on his health care plan. Additionally Trump expressed his frustration with the Senate leader for not leading his defense against investigations into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Aides state that McConnell is furious with Trump for his continuous attacks on GOP lawmakers and is frustrated that the president hasn’t grown in office and learned how to govern.

If there were just some book about the art of making deals. Something like that detailing how some famous business person created lasting alliances. It's too bad such a book does not exist.
