1. Yesterday I Asked The Question Here On DU - What If The Situation Was Reversed And A Dem President..

was in office and pulling all this crap that Trump has - from the primaries till today - what would the Repugs do?

How would they handle this situation?

I can't believe they would just sit back and be impotent. They would be taking some sort of action. Your post saying that Congress wasted no time investigating Bill Clinton's pardons is just one of those things they did and would have done if the Dems had a President doing what Trump is doing.

Now what else do you think the Repugs would do?

President Obama was a great President and look what they did to him just about every step of the way.

Now maybe because of Harvey we're not seeing many Dems out there making statements about Trumps pardon of Arpaio - but they need to get out there in force and let the People know just how Trump and the Repugs are thumbing their noses at us.

We keep letting Trump get away with all this and he keeps amping up his game - every step of the way.

What's the old saying - Give'em an inch and they take a mile. Well Trump and the Repugs have been walking over us too long now.
It's time we give them a taste of their own medicine.

Again - if the situation were reversed - I'm sure that the Repugs wouldn't just sit back and say that there is nothing they can do.

Is Bernie the only person out there that is willing to take them on and speak out? His Revolution is Our Revolution - and it's time more Dems get behind that Revolution while there is still time.

be getting in front of every camera they can and discussing it. There should be talking points that EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM hits.

This is the part of "their" tactics that we can and should use: consistent messaging that gets hammered every single time.

which is why it needs to be articulated, over and over, in small "ear worms" that people internalize.

the Republicans that make them look like incompetent idiots next to those we elect? Go read a book. You needn't go farther back than Obama, but every era will prove your statement incredibly fool-ish. And strangely hostile.

Conservatives cannot govern competently because they do not believe in using government to serve the people. That's an intrinsically liberal notion.

And conservatives have never been able to win out against us by brains or principle, only by numbers, election tampering, and other dirty tricks.

Conservative-dominated governments have also in every era been riddled with corruption -- again, because they don't believe in what they're supposed to be doing. Very unlike liberal-dominated governments, and in this era that means Democratic.

Government of, by, and for the people.
