The infant who was killed and mother injured after being hit by a car Saturday evening in downtown Woodstock were Hurricane Irma evacuees out to enjoy a night with family and friends. That's according to a GoFundMe page that was created to help the family. Three-month-old Riley Hunt died after she, her mother and a family friend were struck by a vehicle on Arnold Mill Road near the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater.
