Hillary: Trump should send Navy to Puerto Rico

President Trump, Sec. Mattis, and DOD should send the Navy, including the USNS Comfort, to Puerto Rico now. These are American citizens.

She knows what is needed in Puerto Rico. She actually knows and is not guessing. But she's not in a position to give the orders.
