Great discussion just now on MSNBC

Nicole Wallace along with Eugene Robinson, Nicholas Confessore (NYT), Charles Sykes....

Translation: He read a statement written by someone else. He has no empathy for other people. He spent the plane ride not tweeting about the victims in Las Vegas, but picking a fight with NBC and the media. He doesn't care about people or their suffering, He is only comfortable when he is raging about something that got under his skin.....

We hate him too!

i'd rather push him over the edge - he's on thin ice and i can't help but believe that he will be gone before the end of his 1st term. can't be soon enough.

better wouldn't mean good anyway. nicer maybe but it would never and could never change his primary objectives, self-aggrandizement, money, and fame. he's just that sick.

by republicans such as her and others who remain in the party after all of it. beginning with nixon, reagan, gwbush! i am so naive i thought the republican would curl up and go away after gwbush. seriously, i am that naive. or was.

now i realize that there are huge numbers of people who don't care about democracy, justice, or the rule of law.

I think that the corporate media has poisoned some decent folks that anything to do with being a Democrat is poison.

So while they can't follow the current Republican Party, they have been so poisoned by media portrayal of Democrats that it has become a line they can't cross.

truth be told if by some bizarre quirk of fate republicans became a decent, liberal party and democrats made a hard right turn to fascist, uncaring greed, i don't think i could become a republican.

so maybe i'm just as bad. i don't think so though. i hate republicans. many republicans do too, but they remain republicans. go figure. i think i would at least find a different party - something i have considered, but want to be rooting, working, and voting for a side that is viable.

I have given this some thought. I am not a one-issue voter, either.

If we do see the demise of the republican party, it will not happen overnight. We may end up with a split between the hard right republicans and the more sensible ones. If that happens, they will be in disarray for awhile. I am not ready to work with them yet, but the time may come.

The people who really know him behind the scenes should have told this stuff last year.
Would that have a difference? Possibly, to at least some people.

There were some Democrats who stayed home and didn't vote, because they had a temper tantrum over Hillary.
If the truth came out before the election, maybe those people would have realized how important their votes would have been.
