My brother and sis in law

just left for Cancun yesterday to attend a wedding this weekend. I'm seeing reports that Nate is barreling towards Cancun. I've sent a few messages but they know nothing about the storm as a matter of fact have not heard one word about it!

Anyone with Island hurricane experience that can chime in here? Malaise? Do you think they are safe enough? They are in a resort.

It won't develop until it gets into the gulf. They'll likey get winds and rain, but at a resort, they should be fine.

As long as they don't drink the alcohol.

And yes... it;s been widely reported the issues with resorts and alcohol. They are well aware.

Just interesting that they had NO idea about this storm. I assume the wedding venue will change... I would think... it a beach wedding.

Thank You for your thoughts!

I'm sure they'll be just fine and once it blows thought they'll have gorgeous weather.

He or she (sorry, I really don't know and it doesn't matter with this subject) always comes through for those of us who are interested in tropical storms.
