Trump and North Korea...

Let me get this out there first.... North Korea is an evil place (I don't believe is evil, perse, but if any place is evil, that place is).

But... if Trump launches a preemptive strike agaimst North Korea, and as a result hundreds of thousands of South Koreans and/or Japanese are killed in the retaliation, i honestly think Trump might be liable for war crimes.

It is shocking to me that we're facing the possibility of this man risking so many deaths for his own ego.... <sigh>

1. The war crime would actually Trump be killing the North Koreans, not North Korth Korea killing

Technically the US and North Korea remain in a state of war. While perhaps morally wrong, I think the lawyers would arrgue NK violated the armistice and provoked the attack. It's BS, really, but such arguments usually are, even when legally defensible.

We would, however be reponsible for retaliation deaths, IMO.

3. I would say that North Korean leaders are the evil ones.. not North Korea as a whole..

So any 'strike' by Moron would kill many North Koreans as well.

But, I get your point..
