Free speech and Alex Jones

Most sane people know Jones is a carnival barker and wrapped up in the government is out to get us all. From sheer boredom I watched a few of his shows on the Las Vegas massacre. The way he presents his show as if it were news blatantly proclaiming total lies is scary.

Paddock was a gun runner for isis
Paddock flew guns into Afghanistan
Two people in room we have the room service receipts
Four Windows blown out in Mandalay bay
Paddocks brother fed information in an earpiece during interviews

He presented all above and more as fact quoting what he refers to as government sources.

How the hell does he get away with that? Do people just look at it like professional wrestling and just chuckle?

This looks as dangerous knowing he has an audience that belives that crap.

have been around for forever (guys with sandwich boards that proclaim that the "end is near&quot .

The internet provides a platform to reach more than just folks just passing by.

In my mind he falls into the théâtre de l'absurde category but I am sure that he finds folks who nod and say "right on man".

young dumb bored twenty somethings, who trust no one, fall for jones line of bullshit. Then they usually get lives, have a family and realize that what he espouses is unmitigated bullshit.

those with a few cards short of a full deck continue to feed on his bullshit beyond their twenties. much like those who continue to drink deeply from the poisoned cup of rand.

He was an otherwise sane, rational jovial guy, but it affected (effected?) his mind. He ate that crap up with a spoon. All the BS about the illuminati, chem trails, the government manufacturing tornadoes etc. It got to be a joke with the rest of us. He would use any excuse to segway into repeating Jones' talking points. I saw people look at him like he had a third eye or something. Kinda felt bad for the guy because I liked him but nobody wanted to hear that crap. People began to avoid him. Jones is dangerous but not sure anything can be done but point out he's wrong and hope truth will win in the end.

The thing is, they think we are the blind and ignorant ones and only they know the truth. Nothing you can say will ever change their beliefs. On the contrary. Daughter's ex used to get angry when he was challenged and called us sheep.
