How do seemingly normal people become so gullible that their whole mindset can be changed by alt right propaganda masquerading at news? Every bit of the fake news those ignorant people repeated, every nutty conspiracy theory they embraced, would be easily shredded with a few minutes of google searching.

Why don't they want to know the truth? What mental aberration makes them defend the glaring lies and ridiculous propaganda that puffs up the Republican agenda, while scoffing at facts and denying the truth?
