I guess this does not include the rest of it, which is windows, paint, interior, etc.. Still sounds like it is cost effective.
I am curious about the initial costs of the device itself.

Given that they are 3D printing with concrete, it ought to be sturdy. I can imagine trucking these devices to disaster areas and 3D printing new houses. If they are build of sturdy concrete, they may even be better suited for hurricane prone areas.

Sounds like a much better deal than erecting FEMA trailers or temporary tent housing after a disaster.

realize other stuff. like Land, pluming, electrical etc is prob. not included.
