Nazis pissed that video-game about killing Nazis implicates that Nazis are bad people.

"Wolfenstein II" is a video-game about an alternative history where the Nazis have occupied the US. You play a resistance-fighter and it's your job to Make America Nazi-Free Again by killing lots of Nazis with all kinds of weapons.

Apparently, a certain sub-group of folks got angry online with the game-maker, Bethesda Softworks, for its new product that thinks Nazis are bad. Many claimed they weren't angry about the anti-Nazi stance, per se, but rather that the game was tapping into liberal anger. And certainly it is political to co-opt President Donald Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan, but Bethesda is hardly the first brand or person to play with the line made famous by the billionaire Republican.

But in the wake of the deadly Charlottesville, Virginia rally, where Nazis marched and chanted anti-Semitic slogans under the banner of "Uniting the Right," Nazism is now, apparently, a right vs. left debate.

So, people on Twitter got angry about a promo saying Nazis were bad. Here are a few collections of responses.

represent? A world war to get rid of them at one time as I recall so what is the big deal a ridding them their hate speech by law, now? Seems only logical.

because it is not protected. The first amendment does not protect fraud, slander, threats, incitement to criminal acts, or sedition, and Nazi speech is pretty much impossible without including those things.
