If I’m understanding this right the Romney campaign has decided that the economy isn’t going to do it. So they’re shifting toward a campaign centered on cocaine, Tony Rezko, Reverend Wright, etc.

In other news, Romney team threatens to slip on a banana peel if Obama doesn’t back off on the tax return stuff.

It's like the gop doesn't think the left thinks, or maybe they just think that we think like they do.

Another example from Arizona. Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been conducting a birther "investigation" for the past 3 1/2 years; but has really expended effort, i.e., tax payer dollars, within the past 18 months.

Let's see, what has has been happening over the past 3 1/2 years, and intensified over the past 18 months? ... Hmmm, Oh yeah ... the DoJ is suing, him and his department. In fact ... the trial was set to start yesterday; so Sheriff Joe's response was to call a press conference to announce the results of his "investigation."

The results turned out to be the same crap that can be found in Corsi's book and with the same level of independant verification (i.e., none).

Only the blindly partisan saw anything else but, "One move and the N@%%#$ gets it!"

But the great things is ... the DoJ (President Obama) said, "We've been dancing for 3 1/2 years ... Pull the damned trigger already!" and when he did, a significant portion of the electorate yawned.
