As if the people involved had neither the motive, ability or intelligence to avenge their own.

Suicide bombing, btw, is not a western tactic. We don't believe there's sex in Heaven so we actively try to avoid it.

I'm hoping that with the rebels now fighting in Damascus, that we see Assad hanging upside down from a meathook soon.

While the CIA or other alphabet agencies might have the necessary contacts and info to do it, I'd say that rebel Syrians themselves are the most likely to have the means to do it, judging by the stream of defections from the Assad government.
