Happy and sad discovery.

Going throw some papers today I came across the Time magazine with President Obama on the cover after he won the election in 2008. I am saving it for my grandchildren. Sad now because I come back to the reality of 2 Scoops draft dodging Shitler.

1. I read a couple of books this weekend about Obama & it left me sad at what we've lost.

And horrified at how far we've fallen in such a short time.

2. My two sons kid me about Obama being the third brother. I have his picture in the bookcase with the

two boys. He fits in perfectly. President Obama and my eldest share the same birthdate and year.

3. Funny - I was cleaning up my office and found the NY Times edition

for the day after the election in 2008. Have to admit that I teared up. Tucked the paper back into my desk for posterity. <3

4. I have Obama's picture in my living room.

My husband put it on a shelf a few years ago.

5. Yes. I can remember when we used to have a president.

I hope I live long enough to see those days again.
