Questions I want reporters to ask

I plan to post about this - will continue thread if it stays up but will post new ones if it it drops. DU members are way out in front of reporters on the issues. We keep shouting at our TVs or posting on DU about questions we wish reporters would ask. Let's list them here and then recommend we keep targeting reporters with tweets etc. with the questions.

1. I would like a reporter to ask Lindsey Graham how he golfed with Trump twice after Niger deaths and yet had no public statement to make about them.

2. I would like a reporter to ask Trump a question that requires him to name things - favorite generals, names of #Niger dead, countries in Muslim ban. Think Trump will have trouble with recalling list and ultimately may create video that show he cannot recall.

3. I would like a reporter to ask why Bill Browder is banned and when will his visa be reinstated.

.... are being asked, and mostly answered by the only real journalist we have. Unfortunately, Keith Olbermann is confined to a limited format. Even more unfortunate is that the second best tier of journalists we have are comedians.

1. "Is that a joke/supposed to be funny?"
2. "Can you give an example of why <fill in the blank> is a good policy/necessary change/disaster/worst deal ever/totally fake/etc.?"

Sarah, it would seem that calling a pregnant grieving widow of a brave soldier who dies in combat a liar would be inappropriate. The president says he mentioned her husband's name repeatedly from the start of the conversation, she says he did not. So is the president calling a pregnant grieving widow of a brave soldier who died in combat a liar?

Oh and Lara Trump let it slip there was indeed a transcript. So why not release it and get to the bottom of who's telling the truth?
