MSNBC reporting there was a Statute of Limitations issue that forced Mueller's hand.

So MSNBC just reported that these are likely tax fraud charges and that Mueller filed now because of Statute of Limitations issues, and that this does not mean more charges are not forthcoming for Manafort.
