I'm pretty sure you can't have a conspiracy of one.

I guess Manafort and Gates could have conspired with each other, but that doesn't really mesh with what we know about them. I'm thinking that Kushner, the two Flynns, and at least two of the Trumps are in for a lot of sleepless nights ahead.

all you have to do is one act in furtherance of the conspiracy. You don't have to know the scheme. You don't have to know all the other conspirators. It is a wonderful statute unless you are on the receiving end.
