This will be tempting to Trump - no campaign connection on charges

Might just be the move Trump needs to move towards having Mueller fired. he will get much cover today from Fox, etc. about how this is a witch hunt which does not touch the white house (yet).

The phrase "together with others" is used, as spotted by another DU'er. This covers 2016-2017, as well as earlier years.

That signals a world of trouble for "others".
