Highlights from Mueller indictment of Manafort, Gates

Manafort and Gates acted as "unregistered agents" from at least 2006 to 2015

The pair moved more than $75 million through offshore accounts

Charges include "conspiracy against the United States"

Prosecutors allege that Manafort and Gates "knowingly and intentionally conspired to defraud the United States" by defying the Department of Justice and the Department of the Treasury in performing undisclosed lobbying for the government of Ukraine. Manafort and Gates, the charges say, did so by "impeding, impairing, obstructing and defeating the lawful government functions of a government agency."
