8. Let me explain:

Last Monday a poster posted a story about Tony Podesta being under investigation by Mueller. Another poster accused the first poster of using the story to smear John Podesta. Second poster insisted that there was no truth in the story even though the story had several sources.

So I was referring to the poster who insisted that the story was nothing but a right-wing smear, i.e., how can a smear resign if the the story about Tony Podesta was a lie?
