It was someone who used to work with him, they said he is very particular about what he calls "evidence". It has to be pretty air tight before he calls it evidence.

He seems to approach his work with a serious sobriety that will follow the evidence wherever it leads.

Assistant Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has chosen the best person to conduct this investigation.
