he wouldnt be, but I dont know what I am talking about either because I am not an attorney and we need input from some of those women and men, attorneys.

he admitted to his crimes, and agreed to a light sentence for those crimes as long as he continues to play nice with the prosecutors. they'll need his testimony in the future, so now is he balks, they can still lock him up even longer, for the crimes for which he now has admitted guilt.
