Whose "Interior" is he watching?
While scrambling to "explain" the contract of $300 MILLION to a firm from Montana that has 2 employees, it seems that Secretary Zinke has some other "issues" on his plate as well.

(and really, THAT doesn't describe it! They're not all "pu**y-grabbing - so "ass-minded" doesn't do it)
