Man held after shooting incident in New York

A suspect has been arrested in New York after people were reportedly shot and mown down by the driver of a car.
Multiple reports on social media suggested a man had driven at cyclists, possibly in a cycling line, before opening fire in the Lower Manhattan area.
Police said they had made one arrest after responding to "reports of shots fired".
They have also urged people to avoids the Chambers Street/West Street area.
