This ought to be interesting. I'd love to sit in on these depositions. I don't know nothin' 'bout no collusion. I wonder if they'll serve pizza during breaks in the questioning.

Kaepernick Collusion Case: What Does It Mean that Jones, Kraft, Other Owners Will Be Deposed?
One potential angle to follow is whether Joness relationship with Papa John's, which sponsors the NFL and as many as 23 NFL teams, advances Kaepernicks argument. Earlier this week, Papa John's CEO John Schnatter blamed the NFL for failing to provide effective leadership on the national anthem issue. A source familiar with Kaepernicks grievance tells The MMQB that Jones may have played a key role in crafting Schnatters sharp statement. If this proves accurate, Kaepernick will argue that Jones has played an instrumental role in encouraging teams to view the protests of Kaepernick and other NFL players in a negative light.
Kaepernicks representatives have signaled that President Donald Trump is connected to the alleged collusion. In a statement last month, Kaepernicks attorney, Mark Geragos, stressed that athletes should not be denied employment based on partisan political provocation by the Executive Branch of our government. Trump has spoken out against Kaepernick individually and more generally against NFL player protests. (1,896 posts)Do you not think he's at least one of the top 64 quarterbacks? Not even qualified to be a back up? Kellen Clemens, Conner Cook, Scott Tolzien, Kellen Moore, Brad Kaaya (and need I go on?) all have jobs and Kaepernick can't get a look? Don't think it's at least possible?

(56,177 posts)He'd be employed if he didn't do that, and he said no to Denver as a back up. He just wants the attention and money. And he's a worthless ignorant POS who didn't vote because he a said there was no difference between Hillary and Trump. Phuck him. He's a con artist and people are falling for his garbage
