1. Never too early. Ban ALL GUNS from ALL NON-ESSENTIAL PEOPLE...NOW!

I don't have to make it any clearer. No guns should be owned by anyone but state law enforcement officers and the military. That includes ALL assault rifles, ALL handguns, even most BB shooters. We make it a major federal crime to OWN guns, and an automatic life sentence to SELL them. People won't give them up? Then we send in the feds and TAKE them, including taking THEM out if they fight back, just like we are already doing to unarmed minorities anyawy. Period. END OF DISCUSSION.

Sensible gun control would be banning semi-automatic assault weapons, or at the very least requiring background checks and waiting periods for gun purchases.

Banning all gun ownership violates the Constitution, and we certainly should not be out there taking away people's legally-purchased guns!

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) --
The shooting happened after services Sunday morning at St Alphonsus Church.

Police say the suspect waited for services to end before opening fire on his estranged wife and a man she went to church with. The woman was killed by the gunfire and the man was taken to the hospital. Police Chief Jerry Dyer said he is listed in critical condition and is not expected to survive...

SWAT team has entered the home where the suspect is believed to be hiding at Thorne and California in Southwest Fresno. When they entered, they found the suspect dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police have identified the suspect as 64-year-old Manuel Garcia. Police say he killed his 61-year-old wife Martha.
