I've read that the average attendance is 50, so he probably shot everybody in that room. Some died, the rest with severe injuries.

There was a scene in Hell or High Water where there was a bank robbery taking place in a small town. Some civilians noticed and were ready to take the law into their own hands - pistols, rifles, shotguns. Some viewers said it was "unrealistic". Being from Texas, I let them know it was entirely possible.
