I'm crying.

Kids. I've spent my life helping kids. And now some asshole wipes some out like they were nothing. I'm sick of our violent culture and the NRA. I'm sick of the people who support the NRA.

I'm crying. I feel so bad for everybody involved.

-Picketing gun shops.
-Making all Americans view the carnage, like Eisenhower did with the Germans.
-National strike of some sort. Lysistrata for example.
-Boycott of any business attached to the NRA.

able to go on TV and answer these sometimes insensitive questions? I'd be a blubbering mess in a similar situation and certainly wouldn't want to talk to a reporter.

as a hospice volunteer, i have many such conversations.
her talking about how the little girl was born premature, and raised by her other grandparents (there is likely a lot more to that story) and what a sweet and helpful little girl is just heartbreakingly familiar to me.
