It was an Obama Bill which he signed at the end of 2016..
I wish bad health on this guy.. Thats about as far as I will go.. but I really wish I could say what I think..

13. I guess I'm glad NBC noticed the disconnect

It often slips right by everyone in the popular media when President Trump's words don't match his actions; almost as if they just accept that he's lying his ass off.

In this instance, I'm not sure how President Trump arrived at his clinical diagnosis that Mr. Kelley was mentally ill, seeing as how the two men aren't even on the same continent and one of them is dead. But yeah, in Trump's zeal to undo anything his predecessor did, it appears that mentally ill people with violent tendencies will have easier access to firearms during Trump's administration.
