Once all the military felons are known and registered I would suggest they all be visited by ATF.

And I see plenty of lawsuits...I also see the vile hands of the NRA in being involved with the 20 year lapse.

I could see some nutjobs like "General" Kelly of White House infamy refusing to report cases to the FBI database because they believe everyone has the God-given right to keep and bear arms no matter what. ??? (And maybe they own stocks in gun manufacturers???) Or something. ??? In other words: deliberate or bureaucratic oversight?
