Since they make it difficult to stop advertising with those places. Though one should ask why companies are advertising on hateful and extremist media such as Hannity in the first place.

They should however listen to some of these shows, particularly a loon like Hannity, and determine if they want their name associated with them.

That said Violence against political enemies has always been part of the rhetoric of Hannity (and Limbaugh and others), but how seriously did they take it? Was it just talk - "I am in favor of tearing Americans enemies apart - including libturds and the like - making liberals an endangered species! (4,742 posts)1. You would be surprised how many thousands of companies have no talk radio or political platform media NO BUY dictates. I bet more than 90% of national advertisers have those in place.
2. Some companies believe that all people spend money so why not advertise to them. It is just a philosophy.
3. There are also buying services out there for companies who basically take their ad spend and blanket the market. (This is more digital marketing.) Many times the company has no idea where their digital ads are showing up. Doesn't excuse them but it is hard to track.
