Joe Biden: I 'honest to God' don't know if I'll run for president in 2020

Former Vice President Joe Biden tells NBC he is not ruling out running for president in 2020.
However, he says in a separate interview that it may not be "appropriate" for him to run for president again.
Biden is promoting a book chronicling his life around the time of his son Beau's death.

He also answered a question about 'age' said he feels good & in decent health.

Biden said health & age is a reasonable concern for voters. He also said he thinks anyone running for president should share their health records.

especially in Foreign Affairs. I would love for Hillary and Pres. Obama to do the same. They all were very good, strong, moral, thoughtful, articulate candidates - that's something the Republican's don't have. We need an army of such candidates!

a younger candidate mentored by just those three alone would be incredible.
