1. I have subsidies/tax credits and mine is increasing 30%.

Covered CA Blue Shield Silver plan was going to increase 12% until the fucking moron signed the exec order and it screwed me big time! I am sure that makes him and the GOP very happy. I can't afford it now and will go bankrupt after I use all my savings for needed surgeries to stop the severe pain. FUCK THEM!

2. Mine would jump $500/mo if we covered all 4 of us. I

have coverage through work at the moment. My family has crappy catastrophic only. Used to have a really nice Silver plan, but my opting to return to work (to pay off a second mortgage taken out for medical bills) blew that up.

Nothing like being punished for trying to do the right thing!!!

3. In Alabama

it's Blue Cross or nothing on the exchange. I started on the Platinum plan three years ago and every year have had to drop down a level due to cost (I don't qualify for subsidies). My current Silver plan was set to increase by 42% so I signed up for the lowest level Bronze plan for next year at $100 less per month than I'm paying right now. I'm not looking forward to the deductible, but the difference between the silver and bronze deductibles is actually less than the difference I would pay in premiums for the next year. I expect increases every year, but there's no question that this year's skyrocketing premiums are courtesy of trump.
