Gorka: 'Pure fantasy' that Trump camp was 'in bed with Vlad'

Former White House aide Sebastian Gorka said in an interview published Friday that it is "pure fantasy" that President Trump's campaign was "in bed with Vlad" during the 2016 election.

Gorka acknowledged in an interview with Recoil magazine that "the Kremlin has been mucking around in democratic elections around the world since its inception," but denied that the Trump campaign colluded with Russian President Vladimir Putin amid Moscow's election meddling last year.

"The Kremlin has been mucking around in democratic elections around the world since its inception. That's not news," Gorka said. "But the idea that the Trump campaign was in bed with Vlad is pure fantasy."

"It's just another way for the losing candidate to ignore her own culpability for her abysmal performance," Gorka added, pinning the claims of collusion on Trump's former Democratic presidential rival Hillary Clinton.

a Ph.D. based on a silly dissertation that would never have been accepted by any U.S. institution (he doesn’t even know any Arabic but claims to be an expert on middle eastern matters because he’s seen some movies like Charlie Wilson’s war — no joke). He’s a joke who insists on being called “doctor” even though he has no credibility as an academic (no publications, no appearances at serious academic conferences, no work in languages, etc etc etc)
