Hire or Elect Women to Top Positions!

That's my advice to corporations, media companies, and government bodies of all sizes. Why? Because women appear to be far less likely to become petty despots who will use their power to make people do sexual things with them. They also seem to be less inclined to attempt to puff themselves up through aggressive, destructive management styles.

It seems as though men who want and strive for power just can't, as they say, "keep it in their pants." Not all men, but enough, apparently, to keep popping up in news stories these days.

So, to avoid future problems of this nature, just don't put men in those positions, OK? Give women those jobs. It will deal with a wide range of difficult issues that so often get exposed when men are in those jobs.

Hire women! Vote for women! That's my suggestion.

She's fair, compassionate, creative, and BRILLIANT at both problem-solving and business development. Our company's done so well that we just purchased one of our key competitors. We'd follow her to the ends of the earth. She surrounds herself like-minded executives and workers. When someone steps out of line, they are appropriately counseled, and if that fails to correct a problem, they are released from the team. We terminated two people last year for inappropriate behavior, and it was done by the book to protect everyone involved, including the bad actor, so that there was never any question about fairness and integrity. I'm proud to be a partner in her leadership.
