Lawrence O'Donnell argues President Donald Trump, Sen. Mitch McConnell, and Speaker Paul Ryan's attempted shaming of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer actually shows that they are incapable of governing and cannot pass a spending bill without help from the Democrats.

on the other hand, they seem quite capable, adept even, at dividing the nation against itself, looting the treasury, and trashing our reputation abroad. maybe real soon we get to see how good they are at starting wars.
