If I kidnap a woman and pretend that I'm going to rape her until she cries, is that a prank?

.@JamesOKeefeIII thought he was going to WIN a political argument with CNN by abducting one of their reporters, trapping her in a sex dungeon & videotaping her crying for fear she'd be raped. Now, he's busted trying to fake cover for a child molester. Is America great again yet?

Suppose someone talked about doing this. There has to be some criminality there right? Wwcd Nov 2017 #4
Then there's a crime of conspiracy. no_hypocrisy Nov 2017 #6

If you hold someone against their will or intentionally create a situation where they cannot leave knowing they will want to that is kidnapping.

Intent at least?
He should be in a psyche ward for criminally insane.
Who thinks rape is a freakin prank by some guy brining his fantasies clise enough to reality that he feels comfortable enough to even tell about it .
As though its just no big deal.

He doesn't recognize his own criminal mind is teetering on the edge between reality & fantasy.

He is a threat & a danger.
Or maybe its just locker room talk..
sick s.o.b.

Excuse the rant but this normalizing of rape-thinking is really pissing me off.

Trump gave all the freaks with their fantasies of raping women/girls/young men, complete permission to do this.

Did this actually happen?

If so, then why is this stupid fucker not in jail? Actual human beings are arrested for protesting a trillion-dollar giveaway to billionaires, but this fucker can conspire and threaten and walk free?
