So, are there people in the White House who could control Trump's tweeting?

If there are, they've clearly chosen not to and to let him display his dysfunction for all the world to see, to fritter away his authority as POTUS and CIC, and possibly to prepare a path for a 25th Amendment exit.

If there aren't, then a madman is running around unrestrained in the White House.

I am sure people have tried to control the tweeting, and have failed. Trump does and says what he wants, and nobody controls him.

that Ivanka was in the White House because she could control tRump. Many thought that he would listen to her and if she told him to stop, he would do as she asked. Clearly, most who thought that were misinformed about the depth of his narcissism.

The inflated ego he carries around in his supersized head controls him, not Ivanka. Perhaps she can wheedle things out of him and can use his power and influence to get things she wants. But in the long run, he does what he wants and I doubt there is anyone who can beg, plead or demand that he stop tweeting.

The beautiful thing about that is, when he demands to use someone else's phone because his doesn't work, the borrowed phone won't work either! He'll have no idea that he's a walking, talking dead zone (more than he already is). Drive him crazy. Maximum tantrums. Much hilarity will ensue.

because we were unlucky enough to have a parent or partner JUST LIKE TRUMP. The disease he has is a disease of a hideously spoiled character and mendacity and craving for an ultimate soothing power over others. Their enormous egos turn the slightest hurt into a bloody cavernous wound that can never be healed, SINCE IT IS A FANTASIZED HURT. It's Trump's Mother closing the door when she puts little Donny to bed. It's a random cruel remark of Dad Trump calling the scion weak. You didn't cause the hurt, but if you are nearby you will be blamed.

The symptoms are drearily similar and echo across families and generations. No one who has experienced narcissistic abuse can avoid fear and nausea at Trump's deranged tantrums
