HITE HOUSE BARS ONE OF FEW BLACK JOURNALISTS FROM ATTENDING CHRISTMAS PARTY

April Ryan didn’t get the White House holiday party invitation in the mail, and she doesn’t think she was overlooked. “I think they don’t like me,” she said Wednesday. “For whatever reason, they have disdain for me.”

Maybe a real president, not the fake orange one, will have her over for the holidays!

Ms. Ryan is one of the most recognizable members of the White House Press Corp.

Not inviting her would be one of the most overtly racist things this White House could possibly do.

Ideally, nobody would come but the usual Fox News sycophants like Hannity and Steve Douchy. There'd be this big room with a huge buffet table and a band and Melania's spooky German Expressionist decorations and in a corner of the room there'd be just a couple dozen people standing around, drinking Trump's rotgut wine, looking foolish and stuffing the buffet food in their pockets and handbags. And they'd leave early because even they got bored.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders Comes For April Ryan: 'I’m Starting To Regret Calling On You First'

Essence
Paula Rogo
Essence November 25, 2017

It looks like White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders got a little snippy with one of our favorite journalists April Ryan.

The duo had a back-and-forth during Monday’s press briefing when Sanders told the American Urban Radio Network correspondent that she was “starting to regret” calling on her first, according to The Hill.

Ryan had repeatedly tried to ask a follow-up question — a normal occurrence— about North Korea after she was called on first by Sanders.

“I’m sorry, April. I’m going to keep moving,“ Sanders injected.

‘Stop Shaking Your Head’: Sean Spicer Lashes Out at Reporter April Ryan
by DANIELLA SILVA

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer snapped at a female reporter on Tuesday over a question about the administration’s image, telling the veteran White House correspondent to “stop shaking your head" — a snide comment that drew rebuke from Hillary Clinton and several prominent women journalists.

Spicer got into a heated exchange with American Urban Radio Networks' correspondent April Ryan at the White House press briefing after the reporter asked how President Donald Trump's administration would work to repair its image.

Ryan followed up with a question about Trump's meeting with former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, whom Trump made a vulgar comment about in 2006.

Spicer then accused Ryan of wanting to push an agenda, telling her from the podium to “stop shaking your head.”

The Grim Reaper dude as Bannon, and maybe Tina Fey as Palin.

I'm almost imagining all of them being let in because the Trumpists want the room to look full.

Ask to explain why he is attending the xmas TrumpFest, the NY times Peter Baker offered this gem of upward suckery:

"It’s not our job to be bothered. It’s our job to do our job. Every president to a greater or lesser degree is unhappy with the coverage, and has an adversarial relationship of sorts with the people who cover him every day, so that goes with the territory. This one happens to be more vocal about it,” he said.

https://www.politico.com/story/2017/11/29/should-news-outlets-attend-trump-christmas-party-268473

What an asshole. Trump isn't just a "more vocal" president, he's a fascistic, deplorable racist know-nothing who is transforming America into his own personal dystopian dream/nightmare.

But for the Peter Bakers of the world, Trump is really no different than any other president, just a bit "more vocal."

C’mon people, Preview a post before hitting the Post button. If that fails, you can always go back and edit (with no shame).
I couldn’t tell if this was a reference to Hite Brewing or some reference to the Health Information Tool for Empowerment (an online directory that perhaps found a brick-and-mortar location), until I delved into it.

Tidy up!
