Hate To Say It, But Keith......

Does anyone think that there is stuff about to come out about Keith Olbermann? I'm definitely a fan, but now wondering whether he too has some skeletons in the closet.

The abrupt way he ended his "Resistance" effort was quite bizarre. Claiming that now it is certain Drumpf is going down, so there was no further need to do commentary on the head Doofus.

It was kind of like saying, it's a tie game in the 5th inning, but our team is on a roll, and victory is certain.

If they wanted to focus on Drumpf, they would. But they're useless, like a pavlovian dog.

I also wondered if GQ was one of the publications picked up by Meredith and the Koch brothers last week and they killed the show, perhaps with a payment not to mention why.

If they had found him difficult to work with, they wouldn't have worked with him for a year. Especially since he was only planning to do it for about a month or so. He spent a lot of time producing those videos, and he wasn't getting paid for it. I don't blame him for wanting to do something else.

Last time I checked, Drumpf is still in the White House. I don't see how that is victory, or any sign that his days are numbered, like Keith claims.

The commentary. It was painful and stressful, and not what he had anticipated when he started it in Sept 2016.

That seems believable to me. I’ve often wondered how people like Rachel can seem so light hearted while reporting things that are very distressing. She is very good, but it is easy to imagine how different people cope in different ways, and that Keith would be among those on whom it takes a substantial toll.

I wonder how many of these conspiracy theorists even bothered to watch his last video. It sounds to me like he's just tired of doing them.

I believe that there is nothing sinister behind it. Personally I think he has something else lined up. I would love for it to be politically motivated but I doubt it.

If he does have something in the wings, his last video gave no indication of that whatsoever. Sounded more like he was tired of discussing politics.

Perhaps his next venture is in a different area, like maybe sports, which is where he started.

But sports might be the next stop. He loves baseball and his second stint with ESPN was cut short a few years back.

But I will bet you there are more surprises coming. Was he not the one who predicted a big bombshell at NBC? It seems he would not want to bring attention to the issue if he too is guilty. Who knows? Rreally nothing surprises me at this juncture.

Anymore than I was for Louis CK or Kevin Spacey. I was just bewildered by his final commentary and declaration of victory in relieving Drumpf of his duties.
