A Way to Finish Off the Trump Administration:

If a journalist can credibly prove that Putin is helping and directing North Korea with it's nuclear rocket program, (something I truly believe is happening), this could be the breaking point.

Think about the implications of that.....

Worked. It truly seems there are no consequences anymore. I also believe Putin is driving many of these distractions, especially the missle launches. I just don't know anymore.

I think you are right. They will not have russian markings on them but the materials could probably be traced back to them.
