The wave of women reporting sexual harassment is growing, and more people are losing their jobs over it. We're hearing about the most prominent of those, but not about all of the men who are losing their employment. Here are a few you might not know about. The list will grow, I'm sure, as women are encouraged to report past incidents:

If sexual harassment in the workplace was taken seriously enough that actual consequences were felt (demotion, docking of pay, loss of leave, bad performance review, etc), to the extent that these folks learned the lesson, maybe firing would not be necessary.
But this requires a robust system in place to protect victims rather than perpetrators. Too often, they get away with it because people are afraid to come forward because 1) they will be retaliated against and 2) OTHER people (neither victim nor harasser) will insist they should "go along to get along."
The point being is that ultimately it's SOCIETY that has to change and work cultures everywhere.
